Harvard Maintenance is a leading provider of janitorial services. We are seeking a Janitorial Cleaner to perform cleaning of common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, and other assigned items.

• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling bins, and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming in all areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Perform additional duties as required, including attending to flooded areas, incidental spills, and related clean‑up work for trash and restroom concerns.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
• Willingness to work assigned hours.
• Ability to perform physical demands of the job, including bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.

Competitive salary: USD $19.00/hr this position includes medical, dental, life, and long-term disability (LTD) insurance, and a 401K Savings Plan.
