Provide general upkeep and basic repairs for plant and office facilities, primarily at the Andover facility;
Handle routine facilities issues and basic equipment troubleshooting (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing);
Follow work orders and general instructions, conduct inspections, and log completed work;
Offer limited janitorial support (e.g., trash removal, floor cleaning) when workload permits or support is required;
Support additional buildings as needed
