Semiconductor Equipment Support Engineer - 2nd shift - Andover, MA

Job Overview

Semiconductor Equipment Engineer – 2nd shift (1:30 pm–11 pm, Monday–Thursday, alternate Friday). Located in Andover, MA.

• Diagnose equipment issues using experience, system knowledge and technical manuals.
• Triage and repair equipment based on priority and operational needs.
• Support the Emergency Response Team (ERT) as needed.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair semiconductor manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom environment, focusing on dry etch systems.
• Assist in predictive maintenance and SPC controls, including use of FDC software.

• U.S. citizenship required.
• University degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of two years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree.
• Experience maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Familiarity with SEMI 10 semiconductor standards.
• Ability to read and understand equipment manuals and schematics.
• Fundamental knowledge of SPC controls and ability to implement SPC control plans.
• Experience analyzing tool data and predictive maintenance.
• Knowledge of thin‑film metrology (ellipsometry, XRR, TEM, XPS, FTIR).
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Proficient use of MS Office products.
