• Salary: Up to £42,000 Basic (based on experience) + Uncapped hourly bonus.

As an experienced Motor Mechanic
, you will manage your own bay efficiently to maximize your weekly bonus potential:

• Carrying out routine servicing, maintenance, and major mechanical repairs (brakes, clutches, timing belts).
• Utilizing modern diagnostic tools to efficiently trace and resolve faults across various makes and models.

• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on professional workshop experience.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical competence.
• A valid, full UK Driving Licence.
