Full Time - Type:
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with on-call responsibilities - Location:
In-person, Crosstown Landing (Assisted Living Community) - Pay: $68000–$80000 yearly
- Team:
Leads and collaborates with the maintenance team - Mission:
Ensures the facility operates in compliance with industry standards and maintains excellence in environmental services, supporting residents’ best lives.
- Ensure the facility operates in compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
- Lead and collaborate with the maintenance team to foster a culture of excellence.
- Execute environmental services, including waste management, efficiently and with close attention to detail.
- Collaborate across departments, multitask, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with a focus on accountability, follow-through, and problem-solving.
- Background:
Director level. High school diploma or GED. Core domain knowledge in maintenance or facilities management, preferably within senior living or multi-family housing. - Experience:
Prior leadership in maintenance, facilities, or a similar leadership role is preferred. Two years of experience in a maintenance or facilities capacity in senior living or other multi-family housing is preferred. - Skills:
Expertise in environmental regulations and sustainability practices;
Ability to lead and collaborate with a maintenance team;
Cross-departmental collaboration and priority management;
Effective communication, accountability, and problem-solving. - Bonus:
Class 1C Boilers license and Pool Operator license, or the willingness to obtain this licensure within six months of hire.
