Maintenance Tech

Our Property Maintenance Technician are responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities.

• Maintain the physical appearance and integrity of the apartment community
• Ensure clean and comfortable living environment for residents and visitors
• Complete apartment make‑ready procedures such as painting; servicing appliances, plumbing, and electrical fixtures; repairing old and faulty parts; replacing burnt‑out light bulbs; checking/changing locks; and cleaning.
• Make regular inspections of grounds, buildings, lighting, plumbing, electrical fixtures, appliances, and major equipment and perform repairs as necessary with the approval of the Property Manager.
• Maintain an organized maintenance shop and keep inventory of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies.
• Maintain apartment community curb appeal by performing necessary lawncare.
• Takes after‑hours emergency calls, as assigned

• Experience in property maintenance is preferred
• Strong mechanical knowledge
• Electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills essential for working on various projects

• Required to stand/walk for long periods of time.
• This position requires availability for on‑call emergencies at all hours.
• Ability to work with both hands for frequent grasping and manipulation.
• Strong time management, planning, and organizational abilities.

• Monday‑Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
• On-Call Required
• Additional Hours as Required
• 35 Hours per Week
• Pay Rate $22-24/hourly
