• Repair equipment using appropriate tools to conform to U‑Haul standards.
• Effectively follow work‑order directions.
• Perform work in a timely manner.
• Determine causes of operating errors and decide on corrective action.
• Clearly identify and professionally express issues in positive or negative situations.
• Continuously educate yourself on U‑Haul equipment.
• Willingly lend assistance in additional areas as directed by your supervisor.

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts such as moving parts, machines, fumes, or chemicals. Protective clothing or gear (masks, goggles, gloves, shields) may be required. The job requires physical exertion and the ability to move a minimum of 50 lbs. (assisted or unassisted) and to work for long periods indoors or outdoors while remaining stationary or traversing spaces.
