Custodian – West Bloomfield, MI at STAY CLEAN SOLUTIONS LLC

This position offers evening cleaning duties with opportunities for floor‑care supervision. You will work on Monday to Friday evenings, sweeping, mopping, and operating a floor scrubber machine. There are two openings: one floor‑care technician and one on‑site supervisor to assist with general cleaning and daily quality control.

• Days:
  Monday – Friday
• Start time: 5:30 pm
• Weekly hours: 15 – 20 per person
• Floor‑care Tech: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour (DOE)
• On‑site Supervisor: $17.00 bi‑weekly with direct deposit option

• General cleaning duties and floor maintenance using specialized machinery.
• Daily quality control and team coordination (on‑site supervisor).
• Operate floor scrubber machine (will train).
• Stock and maintain supply room.
• Work efficiently with others and follow health and safety regulations.

• Proven working experience as a janitor (1–3 years).
• Integrity and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and trainability.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable mode of transportation (personal vehicle, public transit—no rideshare services).
• Pass a background check.
