What You'll Do In This RoleThe Facility Support Personnel team plays a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This position is responsible for maintaining community grounds, buildings, and equipment while ensuring the property remains secure, attractive, and operating efficiently. Working in compliance with all applicable regulations and community standards, Facility Support Personnel take pride in supporting daily operations and enhancing the overall quality of life within the community.
