DTN Management in Lansing, MI seeks a Maintenance Technician - Renovations to perform general building maintenance, complete resident work orders, and prepare homes for new move-ins, while supporting interior apartment renovations to DTN's standards for craftsmanship and safety.
You will follow renovation scopes, maintain a clean, organized workspace, assist with turnover, and participate in on-call rotation every three weeks with bonus pay.
