City of Ann Arbor is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician - Housing to maintain and repair apartments and building systems under the Facilities & Maintenance Manager.
Starting rate is $22.41 per hour with a 6-month probationary period; after hire, pay increases depend on length of service and contractual factors.
The role includes performing preventative maintenance, executing work orders, and managing equipment, materials, and inventory, both solo and in teams.
