Saber Building Services is seeking an experienced Custodial Supervisor to lead evening cleaning operations at an automotive manufacturing facility near the 26 Mile Road corridor in Washington Township. This position is responsible for supporting the custodial team and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to established quality standards.

The Custodial Supervisor will provide hands-on leadership throughout the shift, respond to building needs, and help maintain a clean and professional environment for employees and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Direct and support custodial employees during the shift
• Assign work and ensure cleaning duties are completed properly
• Inspect work areas and address quality concerns
• Assist with custodial duties and provide coverage as needed
• Monitor cleaning supplies, equipment, and safety practices
• Communicate staffing and facility concerns to management

Requirements

• Previous custodial experience required
• Previous management or supervisory experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and transportation
• Ability to perform physical custodial work, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking
• Ability to follow facility safety and security requirements

Pay: $17 - $19 per hour
