Check us Out: A Day in the Life of the Building of the Future

• Perform service and repairs on Portable Fire Extinguishers, Kitchen Hood Systems & Suppression Gas Systems in addition to other related building system products at customer sites.
• Service, troubleshoot and install many different manufacturers including Simplex and ANSUL.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics, and operational product manuals.
• Manage daily service call, customer activity and program system products.
• You will work with clean agent systems, dry chemical systems, and special hazards.

• Assist customers with all questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Participation in an on-call rotation for Emergency Service.
• Performs inspections of Suppression Gas Systems based on contract requirements.
• Inspect customer systems
• Use of Smart Phone and Equipment
• May include government work

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Outstanding Customer facing service and problem-solving skills
• PC Skills including Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• FEL-A Preferred
• Any Manufacturer certifications is a plus; ANSUL, Kiddie Pyro Chem RMEI and preferred Multi License
• Valid US driver’s license

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $29.66 - 40.77 Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
