Commercial Cleaner - Ann Arbor

Introduction:

Exclusive Cleaning Services (ECS) has an immediate need for a part-time Commercial Cleaner.
The position is based in Ann Arbor and will work primarily from 8 am to 11 am or 5 pm to 9 pm. The minimum scheduled time for this position is 15-20 hours per week.

Headquartered in Livonia, Michigan, ECS provides custodial services across southeast Michigan. The commercial cleaner is responsible for ensuring client facilities are clean and well-maintained. Reliability, strong attention to detail, and a positive attitude is a must. A successful candidate in this role is punctual, can work independently and as part of a team, thorough but fast, and eager to learn.

• Be the lead contact for client management for onsite duties.
• Perform general cleaning tasks including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Sanitize and disinfecting all high-touch surface areas
• Clean bathrooms (sinks, mirrors, toilets, etc.).
• Empty trash bins
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
