Grey Star - - Responsibilities:
Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance on the property.;
Prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing by completing the pre-move-out inspection and creating a punch list.;
Maintain inventory of materials and coordinate with the maintenance supervisor for re-ordering needs.;
Document service requests accurately and keep records up to date.;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning, painting curbs and signage as needed.
