The NRP Group in Anna, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping to maintain curb appeal and high-quality apartment homes. You will respond to resident service requests and support community operations.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 3–4 years of maintenance experience, and a valid driver's license. CFC certification is preferred and should be obtained within 90 days.
