Maintenance Custodian Associate

Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions to Management;
Cleans all areas of the Facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment;
Ensures a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by performing maintenance, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash per Environmental Sustainability Program;
Maintains appropriate levels of chemicals and supplies, rotates and stores them properly, and places orders to replenish supplies when low;
Supports a positive attitude and first/last impression for members via thorough cleaning and maintenance tasks.
