Pennrose is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Operations Department. You will be responsible for maintenance, repair, and cleanliness across assigned apartment buildings, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.
The role requires travel between properties and an EPA certification within six months. Responsibilities include admin tasks, completing service orders via the maintenance app, turnkey tasks, and preventative maintenance to uphold Pennrose's standards.
