Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of interior and exterior community maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. You will respond to repair requests, maintain safety and resident privacy, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
The role requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience, a High School diploma, excellent communication, and availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
