Ginger Cove is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support our Facilities team at our Annapolis, MD campus. The role involves preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and general building upkeep to keep the community safe and welcoming for residents and staff.
You will work with the Director of General Services on a Tuesday–Saturday schedule with on-call rotations for emergencies. Strong carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety knowledge are highly valued.
