Position: Housekeeper 2nd shift - HIRING BONUS

Schedule & Working Conditions

Second Shift: Monday–Friday, rotating weekends, holidays, and shifts required. Working environment occasionally wet, humid, with fumes, mechanical parts, extreme heat; moderate noise. Must walk, stand, use hands, frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

Essential Functions
  • Maintain a sanitary, attractive, and orderly hospital environment.
  • Perform specific cleaning tasks: dusting horizontal surfaces, maintaining assigned equipment, reporting needed repairs.
  • Determine appropriate cleaning chemicals for various surfaces and apply finishing techniques to protect floor finishes.
  • Adhere to company rules, procedures, and safety policies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Be punctual and maintain regular attendance.
Equipment Used

Mops, brooms, buckets, dust cloths, various cleaning materials, vacuums, safety equipment, and any other needed tools.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 6 to 12 months documented experience as a Housekeeper (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, equipment, safety practices related to housekeeping/janitorial industry.
  • Read, write, and speak English.
  • Pass a pre‑employment physical and annual physical thereafter.
  • Pass NCIC‑III background check (including fingerprinting) and yearly review thereafter.
Sign‑On Bonus

Job Options Inc. offers a sign‑on bonus of $1,000 for qualified individuals with disabilities, provided documentation of disability is supplied by a licensed medical professional. Payment schedule: $250 after 30 days, $250 after 180 days, $500 after 1 year anniversary.
