Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor
Direct hire position
We are seeking a hands‑on Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience, preferably in a foundry or heavy manufacturing environment.
Schedule: 7:00 PM — 5:00 AM
Compensation: $70,000 — $85,000 annually (including straight‑time overtime)
Responsibilities:
Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor
- Lead and support a team of 3–5 maintenance technicians
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Promote a safe and productive work environment
Qualifications:
Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor
- Maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong electrical and mechanical skills
- Foundry, metals, or heavy manufacturing experience preferred
