Maintenance Supervisor

KOCH FOODS is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance activities in our poultry manufacturing facility. You will oversee a team of technicians, plan and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure equipment reliability to minimize downtime. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, coordinating with production, enforcing safety and food-safety standards, managing parts and vendors, and supporting continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians in a poultry manufacturing plant
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical production equipment
• Coordinate with production to minimize downtime and support line changeovers
• Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, and food-safety standards
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and CMMS work orders
• Manage parts inventory and coordinate with external vendors and contractors
• Support and implement continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
• Train team members on equipment, procedures, and safety practices
• Report equipment performance and maintenance metrics to management
