As the
** Facilities Intern,
** you will have the opportunity to support our Facilities Team with a variety of maintenance tasks including groundskeeping, painting, and general upkeep. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in facilities operations while working in a flexible and supportive environment.

This position reports to the Manager, Operations and is based out of our Anoka, MN office.

* What you’ll do:

*** Assist with lawn mowing, trimming, and landscaping
* Perform painting and touch-up work as needed
* Support general grounds maintenance and upkeep
* Operate basic maintenance tools and equipment
* Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
* Follow safety procedures and guidelines
** Experience you bring:
*** Must be available at least June through August (may start sooner if able)
* At least 18 years old
* High school diploma or GED completed (by start date)
* Able to pass drug screen & background check
* Able to lift up to 50 pounds
* Able to work indoors and outdoors in varied temperatures
* Able to climb ladders
* Self-motivated and dependable
** You might have:
*** Lawn Maintenance including Trimming and Landscaping
* Painting
* * Additional Information:
*** Hours are flexible! Expectation is to work at least 30 hours per week
* Monday through Friday between 6am and 3pm (start/end time flexible)
* Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
* Summer Internship:
May-August
** Work Environment:
** Employee work assignments may include tasks working with and/or exposure to potentially hazardous areas, including flammables and explosives. Safety training is provided to all employees to ensure compliance with company and federal regulations.
** Pay Range:
** Starting Hourly Rate: $16.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
