We are currently seeking a capable EQUIPMENT RENTAL TECHNICIAN to join our team. This position plays a vital role in assisting the rental counter personnel to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

To support customers by providing quality service and maintaining rental equipment.

• Perform minor servicing and repair of rental equipment.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance on equipment to ensure usability.
• Provide customers with proper instructions on the operation of equipment, emphasizing safety.
• Efficiently load and unload equipment as outlined in customer contracts.
• Document any damage or missing equipment, including hour meter readings and fuel levels when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and rental yard.
• Support other team members in various tasks as needed.
• Follow all safety regulations and company guidelines diligently.

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• A personal set of tools.
• The physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
• A valid driver's license.
• Effective reading and comprehension skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Proven punctuality and attendance record.
• Previous rental experience is preferred but not mandatory.
