On‑Demand/Floater Evening Cleaner

Corporate Cleaning Group is seeking a Dynamic Cleaning On‑Demand / Floater Team Member for the Far East Mesa / Apache Junction Area.

Shift can range from Monday to Saturday with special projects. Schedule ranges from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Hours per night range from 2 to 4, depending on the project. Days per week: 3‑5. Partial regular hours are maintained while the rest are available to cover shifts.

$17 /hr plus attractive bonus and growth opportunities. Payday advance available.

Same‑day cleaning requests earn an additional $10 /hr, plus hourly pay. Most cleanings will be scheduled at least one day notice.

To learn and understand various cleaning positions within a territory in order to cover a shift for emergencies or scheduled days off.

• Learn cleaning positions.
• Cover cleaning shifts.
• Train new or existing employees.
• Work with new or existing employees.
• Help with start‑up accounts.
• Support with quality.
• Use cell phone for task reporting.
• Help with equipment issues.
• Provide solutions when needed.
• Unclog toilets.

• No custodial experience required, but highly preferred.
• Ability to travel to multiple facilities in one shift using own vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Excellent work ethic and customer service.
• Superior attendance and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move garbage bags, recycling boxes, and push/roll recycling bins.
• Ability to walk, bend, stoop, and stand for long periods.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
• Dependable, positive, and team‑oriented.
