We are a small, growing residential cleaning company serving a wonderful group of clients in the Apex, Cary, and Holly Springs areas. Our team takes pride in delivering excellent service while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.

Our team works with a consistent schedule, clear systems, and supportive leadership so everyone knows exactly what success looks like each day.

Previous cleaning experience is not required — we are happy to train the right person.

$17 – $20 per hour depending on performance.

Most team members move toward the higher end of the pay range as they gain experience and take on additional responsibility.

All team members are paid for their entire workday, including time spent traveling between client homes.

• Monday–Friday schedule (no evenings or weekends)
• 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM workday
• Work in teams — never alone in homes
• Company van provided (no wear on your personal vehicle)
• Paid travel time between houses
• All equipment and supplies provided
