DescriptionESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Perform preventative maintenance to equipment to maximize equipment up time and operation in accordance with equipment manufacturers recommendations
- Trouble shoot and repair various pieces of production equipment in support of overall operational efficiency
- Train machine operators on the set up, operation, and maintain of equipment;
- Develop and implement Design Of Experiment (DOE) to validate and release equipment to manufacturing
- Execute outlined qualification plans to insure manufacturing equipment performs repeatable and consistent output verifying the equipment meets the equipment manufacturers stated capabilities
- Generate and update equipment programs and operational procedures for use by front line operators
- Evaluate equipment installations and recommend design modifications to improve through-put minimizing system malfunctions and down time
- Research, develop, and establish preventative maintenance procedures for manufacturing equipment
- Maintain, adjust, diagnose, and repair company mechanical
- Locate, evaluate, and resolve mechanical equipment problems. Install software upgrades on existing equipment
- Research outside sources to locate new equipment necessary for operations. Evaluate new equipment capabilities. Identify utility requirements. Develop justification report. Set up and install new equipment
- Manage and coordinate outside services for equipment repair as well as contractors for facility updates
OTHER DUTIES MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Perform or assist with any operations, as required to maintain work now and to meet schedules and quality requirements.
- Maintain safe work area and comply with safety procedures and equipment operating rules keeping work area in a clean and orderly
- Participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, and
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED:
- Associate degree or Graduate of Technical School
- 2-3 years experience on job or Trade School Graduate with experience
- 10% Travel for Training
