A community service organization in Apple Valley is seeking a qualified Interim Maintenance Worker to ensure routine maintenance on its youth residential campus. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance for HVAC units and other equipment, communicating needs with management, and ensuring timely vehicle maintenance. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and experience in building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
A valid California driver's license is also required, along with effective communication skills.
