Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for two senior living communities in Prior Lake and Apple Valley, MN. You will maintain the property's appearance and systems to ensure a quality living experience for residents.
The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of maintenance experience, basic knowledge of electrical/plumbing/painting, HVAC and EPA experience preferred, and a valid driver’s license. Pay rate is $21-$23/hr plus a 5% bonus potential, with occasional on-call duties.
