We are seeking a dependable and skilled Property Maintenance Technician to take ownership of the overall maintenance and upkeep of our Appleton community. If you’re hands‑on, proactive, and will take pride in keeping our community safe, efficient, and beautiful, this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do- Complete work orders for repairs and maintenance across grounds, buildings, apartment homes, equipment, and vehicles – efficiently and cost‑effectively.
- Perform routine inspections and implement preventative maintenance plans (weekly, quarterly, annually).
- Maintain and service key systems and equipment, including fire and sprinkler systems, property generators, landscaping and outdoor areas, emergency pull cord systems, and HVAC system operation and general facility functionality.
- Order maintenance supplies and collaborate with leadership on larger repair projects and budgeting.
- Respond to urgent maintenance needs, including after‑hours emergencies as needed.
- Previous property maintenance experience (required).
- High School diploma or GED (technical training preferred).
- Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and sound judgment.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks and adapt to interruptions.
- Comfortable working with tools, equipment, and vehicles.
- Willingness to be on call for emergencies.
- A compassionate, respectful approach to working with seniors.
