Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on experience)

* What You'll Do*

As a Mover at Schroeder Moving Systems, you'll help deliver an exceptional moving experience for our customers.

Your day may include:

• Assisting drivers with residential and commercial moves
• Packing, wrapping, and protecting furniture and valuables
• Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
• Delivering items and setting them up at their destination
• Working closely with teammates to keep moves smooth and on schedule

No moving experience? No problem. Our training program will help you build the skills you need to succeed.

*What It Takes to Succeed*

Our best movers bring energy, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

You should have:

• Strong communication skills
• A positive, team-first attitude
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
• Physical stamina (regular lifting of 10-50 lbs, occasionally 100+ lbs)
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, climb, and move throughout the day
• Comfort working in varying seasonal temperatures
