Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician

We are seeking a hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and customer‑focused Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician to repair minor dents and dings using our proprietary PDR process. The role includes traveling to customer locations or working onsite, reviewing work with customers, and building strong customer relationships.

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using our proprietary PDR process
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships
• Self‑motivation and the ability to work independently
• Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Manual dexterity for repetitive‑motion tasks
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

No experience is required. Dent Wizard provides comprehensive, paid training (8 weeks of hands‑on and classroom instruction, with travel and lodging included).

• Sign‑on bonus of $1,000
• Uncapped commission‑based earning potential; base salary range $50,000–$150,000 per year.
