Warehouse Maintenance Technician

Position Description

Ryder is hiring a Warehouse Maintenance Technician in De Pere, Wisconsin – offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a career you can feel good about.

Hourly Pay: $25.50 per hour

Schedule:

Tuesday – Friday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong background in maintenance repair and preventative maintenance programs
• Good organizational, communication, and planning skills
• Basic computer and parts‑inventory system skills
• Aptitude to investigate and problem‑solve mechanical issues

• Complete routine lubrications, repairs, and troubleshooting tasks of mechanical warehouse equipment
• Assist and monitor work performed by outside contractors
• Maintain inventory controls for cost‑effective operations
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance procedures
• Ensure safety standards comply with company, local, city, state, and federal guidelines
• Monitor and maintain grounds and building systems
• May be required to operate equipment and be equipment certified, depending on location
• Perform special projects and other duties as determined
