Unit Manager (Cleaning Supervisor)Location: Appleton & Surrounding Areas
Pay: $20.00/hour |
Weekly Pay
Hours: Full-Time, Monday–Friday | 4:00 PM–12:30 AM
Environment Control is looking for a dependable, hands‑on leader to support our commercial cleaning operations. If you enjoy leading by example, training employees, and keeping customers happy, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do- Lead and support cleaning teams
- Train and coach employees
- Cover open shifts when needed
- Perform quality inspections
- Support Area Managers
- Build positive relationships with employees and clients
- Leadership or Cleaning Experience Preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
- Weekly Pay
