Service Technician

Job Summary

Repairs, maintains and assists in the installation of vending machines and equipment.

Location:

4100 West Wisconsin Avenue, Appleton, WI 54913.

Schedule:

Full‑time Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with weekend rotation after training. Further details will be discussed during the interview.

Pay Range: $26.00 – $30.00 per hour.

Internal Employee Referral Bonus available.

• Respond to dispatch calls for machine repairs using company‑owned vehicle.
• Call on existing customers to determine adequacy of service and resolve service complaints.
• Visually inspect and listen to machines to determine causes of malfunctions; dismantle machines to gain access to problem area.
• Inspect parts to detect wear, misalignment or other problems; remove and replace worn or defective parts; repair broken parts; realign and adjust components; test machine operation following repair.
• Review inventory and order parts; ship and receive machines; maintain equipment inventory.
• Prepare machines for installation at accounts; assist in installations and removals.
• Set up and operate mechanical equipment and small hand tools, such as drills, grinders and welding torches, for machine repair.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous repair/maintenance experience mandatory.
• Must be willing to travel to client locations.
