Facility Cleaner

Facility Cleaner, 1st Shift, $20.00/hr.
Our client, a healthcare and community services provider, is seeking a Facility Cleaner / Custodial to join their team. You will be part of the Environmental Services Department and assisting withthecleanliness of the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:
Facility Cleaner / Custodian

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: $20.00

Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with one weekend out of four (Saturday and Sunday off when working weekends)

What's the Job?

• Performcleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing floors
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, rug shampoo machines, and vacuums
• Maintain supplies and equipment used for cleaning and sanitation
• Deliver and restock disposable products, linens, and medical supplies
• Assist with snow and ice removal at entrances using shovels and hand tools

What's Needed?

• Six months of custodial or inventory experience preferred
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
