Facility Cleaner

Facility Cleaner, 1st Shift, $20.00/hr.

Our client, a healthcare and community services provider, is seeking a Facility Cleaner / Custodial to join their team. You will be part of the Environmental Services Department and assisting with the cleanliness of the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: $20.00

Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with one weekend out of four (Saturday and Sunday off when working weekends)

• Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing floors

• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, rug shampoo machines, and vacuums

• Maintain supplies and equipment used for cleaning and sanitation

• Deliver and restock disposable products, linens, and medical supplies

• Assist with snow and ice removal at entrances using shovels and hand tools

• Six months of custodial or inventory experience preferred

• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Competitive pay rate of $20.00 per hour

• Consistent schedule with weekends off, with every 4th weekend required when working weekends
