Floor Technicians - $17/hr - Appleton, WI
IQ Resource Group is hiring Floor Technicians in Appleton, Wisconsin. These roles involve operating commercial cleaning equipment and performing floor and carpet care in various environments, including offices, mills, and plants. Perks& Benefits
- Wage: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
- Monday-Friday schedules (no weekends or holidays)
- Hands on training provided
- Vehicle provided for travel to client sites
- Prior janitorial experience or experience with commercial flooring
- Valid Drivers’ License & acceptable driving record
- Ability to operate commercial cleaning equipment (high wet & dry vacuums, floor scrubbers)
- Ability to perform stripping, waxing, and buffing of floors
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Prior supervisor experience is preferred but not required
