Shift Maintenance Mechanic – Manufacturing Plant, Appleton, WI

Pay
: $32.78 – $38.09 per hour (dependent on experience and interview results)

As a Shift Maintenance Mechanic, you will monitor the condition of all plant equipment and facilities, correcting mechanical problems to keep operations running on schedule and ensuring safety is the top priority.

• Execute preventative maintenance as well as breakdown repairs.
• Perform mechanical troubleshooting to service and repair equipment.
• Train and assist production as needed for setups, adjustments, and basic repairs on equipment.
• Perform minor electrical work as needed, such as unwiring and re‑wiring direct replacement parts (valves, photo‑eyes, small motors).

• Mechanical degree or certificate.
• Advanced skills in mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Ability to perform mechanical troubleshooting.

• Previous experience in maintenance.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial facility.
