Desoto Recycling and Disposal is hiring a Spotter to support safe, efficient waste and recycling operations at our Olive Branch, MS facility. In this hands-on role, you'll guide truck and equipment movement, monitor loads for safety and contamination, and help maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free site. You'll work outdoors in all weather, use clear hand signals and radios to direct drivers, and promptly report unsafe conditions.
