Maintenance Director

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of maintenance requests and issues

  • Develop and implement maintenance policies, procedures, and schedules to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness

  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal staff to resolve maintenance issues and complete projects

  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential maintenance issues, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards

  • Develop and manage the maintenance budget, tracking expenses and making recommendations for cost savings

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including OSHA and HIPAA
