Evening Janitorial Lead

Shift Details:
Flexible Part-Time hours between 5:30pm to 1:00am Sunday-Thursday

Join our team at City Wide Facility Solutions of Oklahoma as a Part-Time Evening Janitorial Lead! If you have a sharp eye for detail, a strong background in quality control, and a passion for maintaining high standards, we want you to help us keep our clients' facilities spotless.

In this dual-impact lead and facility inspector position, you will play a vital role in conducting routine quality control inspections and overseeing Independent Contractors to ensure all cleaning tasks meet strict service level agreements.

This position will cover the Ardmore, OK and Pauls Valley, OK areas.

• Maintain regular nightly route schedule.
• Work closely with Account Managers to review objectives and goals for nightly route.
• Conducting inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and current Independent Contractors.
• Participate in all new starts as key contact for selected Independent Contractors.

• Must have a valid driver's license.

• Must have reliable transportation to visit clients' buildings.
• Prior experience in janitorial services or a supervisory role is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Flexibility in scheduling, with a willingness to work evenings or weekends.
• Positive attitude and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment.

• Part-Time

• Hourly wage of $15 /hour
• Mileage reimbursement up to $600/month

• 20-30+ hours per week.
• The assigned evenings to work are flexible; most of our Janitorial leads work Sunday - Thursday evenings.
• The assigned work hours are flexible, between 5:30 pm – 1:00 am. Many of our Janitorial Leads work from 6:00 pm - 12:00 am.
