Grey Star - - Responsibilities:
Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance on the property;
Make-ready preparation of vacant apartments including inspections and scheduling of vendors;
Manage materials and inventory by requesting supplies and returning unused items to designated locations;
Complete maintenance documentation and paperwork promptly for tracking and records;
Assist in groundskeeping and common-area upkeep including cleaning and minor painting as needed
