Maintenance Supervisor

Kohler is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in our manufacturing facility. You will oversee a team of technicians, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure equipment reliability to support safe, efficient production. Partnering with operations, you'll plan work orders, manage spare parts, and minimize downtime. You'll also track maintenance KPIs, support root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule maintenance technicians to support production needs.
• Plan, prioritize, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor equipment performance and drive actions to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
• Use CMMS to manage work orders, track assets, and maintain maintenance records.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, and safety teams on maintenance priorities and projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, lockout/tagout, and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues on production equipment.
• Manage spare parts, tools, and contractor support as needed.
• Support root-cause analysis and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train and coach team members to build technical capability and safe work practices.
