Part - Time Janitor - Biosphere

Position: Night Janitor
Location: 32540 S. Biosphere Rd., Oracle AZ 85623
Type: Part-time, March - October work is required 4 days a week
Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday, 5:00pm – 9:00pm. This position requires holiday work for all holidays except Christmas.

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail oriented Janitor to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness and organization of Biosphere 2. • Clean and sanitize restrooms, hallways, and common areas daily.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Dust fixtures, clean glass.
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to the facilities team.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to walk outside terrain such as trails, gravel, dirt, and small hills
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed.
• Must pass background check and adhere to OMEX safety protocols.
• Must be 21 years or older
