General Labor/Maintenance

• Location:
  
  Henderson State - 1100 Henderson Street, Arkadelphia, AR 71999 (additional locations in district available).
• Schedule:
  
  Full-time, flexible days 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM; may vary.
• Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour.
• Requirement:
  Prior painting experience preferred.
• Benefits:

• Maintenance of building and campus: cleaning, polishing furniture and fixtures.
• Minor repairs to doors, fixtures, furniture, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.
• Monitors security and safety, locks doors after hours.
• Moves heavy furniture and equipment; uses hand trucks.
• Grounds maintenance: mowing lawns, trimming shrubbery, removing snow.
• Sets up and removes event decorations, tables, chairs, ladders.
• Provides one-on-one customer service.
• Records meter and gauge information; maintains HVAC filters.
• Drives company vehicles as needed.
• Notifies manager of major repairs.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Valid non-CDL Class C driver’s license may be required.
