Requirements for Success:
  • 2+ years of experience in bicycle maintenance or equivalent technical training.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with modern bike components.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both guests and team members.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and guest satisfaction.
  • Availability to work weekends and peak outdoor seasons.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Manual dexterity for small parts and precise mechanical work.
  • Comfort working in both shop and outdoor environments.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing hospitality team.
  • Fast‑paced and rewarding work environment.
