JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

MAINTENANCE:
Perform light electrical, auto, plumbing, carpentry repairs and move furniture as directed by supervisor. Report problems to supervisor.

INSPECTIONS: May assist with inspections of all sites on a monthly basis and report deficiencies and needed repairs to Supervisor.

HEALTH/SAFETY: Identify and evaluate hazards that may be common in TC/SGT operations and notify supervisor to correct such exposures; identify and control job related health hazards; and maintain safety standards per TC/ SGT Policy and Procedures and OSHA Regulations.

VEHICLES MAINTENANCE: Inspects & schedules auto maintenance and service for TC/SGT vehicles as directed. Completes auto inspections/reports for maintenance and safety issues per Arkansas Highway Dept. standards as directed.

PERFORMS OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.

KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES, AND SKILLS (KAS):

Ability to perform minor repairs of equipment and buildings.
Ability to follow written and oral instructions and to work relatively unsupervised.
Knowledge of janitorial and maintenance of buildings, houses and grounds.
Ability to maintain proper documentation and records.
Ability to monitor work of others.
Ability to deal with the public.

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma and a valid Arkansas Driver's License. The ability to read and write; the ability to work with public. Requires valid Arkansas Driver's License with a good driving record. May require some overtime work and on call periods.
