Overview

SSC Services for Education is hiring for full‑time and part‑time Janitor positions for White Hall High and other locations in the school district. Applications are accepted online on an ongoing basis. From Monday through Friday, hours may vary to meet scheduling needs. This role requires basic cleaning duties with no prior experience mandatory, though preferred.

White Hall High – 700 Bulldog Drive, White Hall, AR 71602. Additional openings at other district locations are available.

Full‑time and part‑time schedules;
Monday through Friday. Exact hours and days are determined during the interview process.

• Fixed pay rate: $12.25 per hour.
• Same‑day pay available.
• Uniforms provided.

• Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Dust and mop floors, sanitize all surfaces, and follow the eight‑step cleaning procedure.
• Move equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and restore to correct placement.
• Clean assigned areas using approved materials and equipment.
• Wash walls, windows, furniture, baseboards, and other surfaces to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Seek out areas requiring cleaning and take initiative to complete tasks.
• Complete all tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Perform duties in accordance with all federal, state, and local guidelines.
• Strip, scrub, buff, and refinish floors; shampoo carpet.
• Exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow employees, and others, contributing positively to the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous janitorial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
